Established by Ersan Demirtaş and being in operation for 20 years. The company was restructured in 1999 and established Black Sea Yacht. The company operated yachting services for different sizes and models boats. Black Sea Yacht made a substantial contribution to yachting and manufacturing sector in Marmaris.
Beginning from in 2006 Black Sea Yacht, carried on business activities by the name of Türkhan Denizcilik. The company has established a partnership with Locatürk Denızcilik in 2007. Türkhan Denizcilik and Locatürk Denizcilik have cooperated to became more significant in the yachting and manufacturing sector.
The company incorporated under the name of Deck Yacht. The base of operations is Bozburun, located. Deck Yacht is able to provide all yachting services and building customized boats along the Marmaris coast.
